19th annual Maine Home, Remodeling and Garden Show in Portland

O’Connor and Ficker organizes such Home & Garden shows in Maine and New Hampshire annually.

The 19th annual “Maine Home, Remodeling and Garden Show” will run between February 7 and 8 at the Cumberland County Civic Center, Portland. It will include more than 170 various sellers, artisans and exhibitions along with 12-15 live performances by famous Maine chefs and confectioners, and some home seminars on such topics as Green and the methods of saving money.

Like in 2008, Maine Home, Remodeling and Garden show will provide the recent goods and products along with advanced techniques that can be used in home and landscaping. Just for $7 for grown-ups, $5 for seniors, any visitor will be able to get landscaping, swimming pools, furniture, solar energy systems, and Green designs. No doubt, this year Maine Home, Remodeling and Garden show will attract thousands of people who are interesting in building, decorating, re-modeling.

During the 7th and 8th of February everyone is welcome to visit seminars and clinics on such themes as

• “Practical Tips for Getting Your House Warm and Cozy,”

• “Going Green Without Having to Build a New Home,”

• “Eco-Friendly Color Trends for 2009.”

More over you are welcome to a good number of landscape and artisan demonstrations, useful displays by such famous companies as Maine Kitchen Design, The Closet Factory, Castle Kitchens, Vic’s Appliances, Wally J. Staples Builders, and Mainely Tubs.
