Aloe Vera plants are among one of the easiest- to grow and care- plants. It makes excellent both house and outdoor plant in the climates without frost. As it requires plenty of sunlight, it is better to locate the plant in a sunny place. It is very important not to water it too much; being a succulent plant, Aloe Vera keeps water in their leaves and root.
The plant can be bought in a store or nursery. Prior buying it, check if there is a good drainage in a pot.
Small Aloe Vera frequently has white marks on the leaves; they vanish as the plant matures. When it is big enough, replace it into larger containers, increasing the size of the pot as the plant becomes bigger. This fast-growing plant is mature at nearly 4 years with the average height of 2 feet.
With the aging the Aloe Vera’ leaves start drooping; it is preferable to cut the lower leaves using a sharp knife. Aloe Vera gives rise to a lot of offshoots growing around the base of it. Once they are 3-4 in long, they should be carefully taken and replanted.
With almost no effort these plant can be enjoyed for a lot of years, being a splendid decoration to one’s home or garden.
