Preparations to Chelsea Flowers Show

Homeless people are involved into planting tulip bulbs to make a show garden for Chelsea Flower Show that will take place in 2009.

The Eden project bears the name of The Key and is financially supplied by the Communities and Local Government department. Seeds and bulbs have been planted in homeless hostels round the United Kingdom in expectations of the appearing of a new garden.

Eden’s director of human networks, Howard Jones, explains that the project is called The Key as namely keys symbolize being locked up by a lack of opportunity. However the same key cam become a means for door opening and being released.
