The Southeastern Flower Show in Atlanta

This year the Southeastern Flower Show starts on the 28th of January and ends on the 1st of February. It is organized by Southeastern Horticultural Society, under quite uncommon theme ‘Passion - How do you bloom?’.

During the five days of the show the attendants will be able to visit an abundance of horticultural events. Among the major show attractions are outstanding landscape gardening displays, unique flower designs, and flower and garden exhibitions, worldwide appraised and local speakers, cooking shows, photo-designs and nature photo displays, horticultural exhibitions  and useful piece of advise for plant and flower enthusiast, new suggestions on how to live in eco-friendly, green environment.

Beside of every visitor will be able to go make shopping in Marketplace, Flower Show Shop and Bookstore.

Among interesting designs that will be offered the ones under the names ‘Ignite the Soul, Nurture the Passion’ -from Bloom’n Gardens-, ‘Simple Pleasures’ -from Hamilton Land Services-, and ‘Daffodil Springs.

And one more very important news, the annual Legacy Garden patronized by the Southeastern Horticultural Society is a part of its task in helping the community. The gardens are always created for special groups of people (for children’s gardens, hospitals, and such). In 2009 garden will be sent to the Skyland Trail South Residential facility.
