Flowers for a Rustic Wedding

If you are going to have your wedding in summer or spring, it will be a perfect idea to host it in an open air. Here there are some tips that surely will help you to organize a wonderful wedding in a rustic style.

•    Select a nice terrace and adorn it with different blooms and flower arrangements. You are free to get potted plants, for instance, petunias, pansy, poppy. Try to select the pots coming in colors suitable for the whole wedding. To add special rustic touch you can go for uncommon, bright-colored pots such as clay pots, birch basket containers, and metal vase.

•    For floral arrangements you can use wild flowers. For decorating the table and chairs you can use big, spectacular sunflowers and ears. Another idea for floral arrangement is to mix poppy flowers, lilacs, sunflowers, daisies, and chamomiles along with bright greens and place the blooms in the one vase. Do not forget to tie the bouquet with a rustic ribbon.

•    Bridal bouquet should be natural as well. Why not take a hand basket or a special bag filled with wild blooms instead of the traditional nosegay?

•    Now let us speak about the bridal dress. Of course, it should be natural as well. Avoid using gold and silver yarn as your dress should be simple but nice indeed.  Instead you can adorn your dress with real flowers. How to do so? You can arrange the blooms on a strait ribbon and wear it. A coronet of white blooms would compliment your naturalness.
